وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return
