Quran 69:9

وَجَآءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَن قَبْلَهُۥ وَٱلْمُؤْتَفِكَٰتُ بِٱلْخَاطِئَةِ

And there came Pharaoh and those before him and the overturned cities with sin.
