Quran 30:57

فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّا يَنفَعُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ

So that Day, their excuse will not benefit those who wronged, nor will they be asked to appease [Allah].
