Quran 38:20

وَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُۥ وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ ٱلْخِطَابِ

And We strengthened his kingdom and gave him wisdom and discernment in speech.
