Quran 30:5

بِنَصْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
